At the Present Moment there are no Initiatives regarding the Pre-Termed Session. V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced it in Saky town giving answers to the journalists´ questions.
According to his words there are registered corresponding proposition form 150 parliamentarians, the pre-termed session would be held according to the system of laws.
V. Lytvyn does not exclude that certain factions are interested in the sooner overcoming the President´s veto on the law on amendments to State Budget according to which the financing of the preparation for the Euro-2012 is held at the expense of the National Bank income. He also does not exclude that the President would use his veto right to impose it upon the Law on Amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the Elections of the president of Ukraine and it also might be ground for the desire to call pre-termed session.
The Leader of the Parliament expressed thought that named issues the parliament may scrutinize during the first days of the next session.
